You can fix the Roblox “This Experience is Unavailable Due to Your Account Settings” error by turning off account restrictions and setting the parental controls to allow 13+ experiences. Both of these changes can be made through your Roblox account settings on the Roblox website.
1. Go to the Roblox website and sign in.
2. Click the Gear icon and open the Settings.
3. Select Privacy from the side menu.
4. Turn off Account Restrictions.
5. Select Parental Controls from the side menu.
6. Set Allowed Experiences to 13+ (Suitable for ages 13 and older).
To change your Roblox account restrictions and parental controls you will need to know your parental PIN. If you don’t have one then you will be asked to make one when trying to change your allowed experiences. Be sure to select a PIN that you won’t forget.
Additionally, you may be asked to verify your identity when making changes to your parental controls settings. This will either be through your account email or phone number.
Fix “This experience is restricted by your Parental Controls”
If you have the “This experience is restricted by your Parental Controls” message then it’s most likely because your account restrictions are enabled. You can disable account restrictions in your account’s privacy settings. When this is enabled your parental controls will only allow experiences suitable for anyone. Because of this, you may also need to adjust your Allowed Experiences setting if the experience doesn’t become playable after making the change.
