With the on-screen keyboard open you will need to select Roblox to ensure the buttons you press affect Roblox. Once selected you can press the FN button followed by the F11 key. Doing so will put Roblox into fullscreen mode and hide the taskbar. Additionally, you can close the on-screen keyboard once done.
