You can use the Discord activity status so show what game you’re playing on Discord. This will have the game title and icon shown as a status on your profile. With this feature, friends can know when you’re playing and have a good idea if they should invite you to games.
1. Open the User Settings.
2. Select Activity Privacy.
3. Turn on the option to Display current activity as a status message.
4. Go to Registered Games.
5. Make sure the eye icon next to the game isn’t red and crossed out.
How to Fix Discord Game Not Showing
Discord should automatically detect most big-name games. However, if a game isn’t verified then it’s possible that I won’t show. This is often the case with newer or small games.
1. Open the Discord User Settings.
2. Select Registered Games.
3. Click the Add it text.
4. Expand the menu and select your game.
5. Click Add Game.
5. Select the name and rename the game if needed.
6. Make sure the toggle detection isn’t red and crossed out.
7. Close.
How to Hide What Game You’re Playing on Discord
You can hide the game you’re playing using the toggle detection button in the Registered Games settings in Discord. This allows you to choose which games show as a status on your profile, stopping friends from seeing specific games. When a game is set not to be detected the toggle detection icon will be red with a slash through it.
1. Open the User Settings.
2. Go to Registered Games.
3. Click the eye icon next to games you don’t want to show.
4. Close.
