One of the easiest UGC items to make in Roblox is a shirt. Fortunately, you can make a shirt in Roblox fairly easily once you have the template. A classic shirt is just an image that is then turned into a shirt. Fortunately, Roblox supplies a template image which allows you to know where you need to design on the image. If you want to make a Roblox shirt for free then you can use Photopea, Canva, or Affinity for the design.
1. Go to the classic clothing page on the Roblox creator hub.
2. Find the Shirts and pants heading, then click the shirt (torso and arms) text to download the template.
3. Right-click on the downloaded file, then select Extract All.
4. Choose a location for the files then click Extract.
5. Open the Shirt template image in your photo editing application.
6. Use the guides to design your shirt.
7. Hide the template layer and make sure the background is transparent.
8. Export your design as a PNG image.
9. Go to the Creations page on the Roblox Creator Hub, then select Avatar Items.
10. Select Classics and set the filter to Classic Shirts, then click the Upload Asset button.
11. Click Upload and open your shirt design.
12. Give your shirt a name and add a description.
13. Click the Upload button.
14. Click the Upload button again, it costs 10 Robux to make a shirt.
How to Sell a Shirt on Roblox
If you want to sell a shirt on Roblox then you will need to create the shirt, then select it and publish the shirt. Unfortunately, it costs an additional 10 Robux to put your shirt up for sale. Although there is this cost, it is a publishing advance. This means that you have the potential to recoup the 10 Robux. Whenever you may a sale, Roblox will take a commision. However, this will be reduced until you have made your 10 Robux back. Once you have then the Roblox commisions will go back to the normal rate of 30%.

On this page you need to click the shirt (torso and arms) link text to get the template. However, you will receive a ZIP file which you must extract to get the Roblox shirt template.
